Processing Time

All Root and Rise Co. products are made to order just for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Delays may occur during peak seasons and holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.  Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Express Shipping

Need it faster? When express shipping is available it will calculate at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us at hello@rootandriseco.store within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we will make it right.

International Shipping

At this time we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
